Trying to find something that I’m passionate about has been
a harder task than I expected. I enjoy doing plenty of things such as singing,
reading, or playing Mario Kart with my friends, but am I passionate about those
things enough to dedicate a blog to them? I don’t think so. However, something that
I do enjoy enough to dedicate a blog to would include visiting new places. Now,
I don’t mean new places such as the Grand Canyon or the Great Wall of China,
those will come in time; what I’m talking about visiting are places around
State College.
Okay, I know what you may be thinking. State College?
Really? What does State College, Pennsylvania have to offer that I haven’t seen
already? Well, you would be surprised. There have been numerous times when my roommate
and I would be walking around town and would see several different clothing
stores or coffee shops that we had not yet been to. Since this has been a
recurring experience for us both, I thought hey, why don’t we actually venture
out and go to those places instead of just talking about it all the time! Sounds
exciting right? Every week I will go to a place that I had never been to before
and give you, the reader, the inside scoop.
Well there it is. I’m quite excited to go on a new adventure
every week, and I hope that I inspire you to do the same. No matter where you
are, there’s bound to be a new and exciting place just waiting for you to
discover it. Adventure time!
